Run Rome by Night is a series of evening running events born from Rome by Run & SPQRun – Sono Pazzi Questi Runner, designed for those who want to experience Rome from a new perspective: illuminated streets, relaxed pace, and the pleasure of running together.
Each event has its own theme and route, but one constant: the meeting point and the final social moment at Jo&Joe Rome, our home base.

Each event starts and ends at Jo&Joe Rome – Via delle Quattro Fontane, where we meet for warm-up, the run itself and — of course — the post-run beer!
All levels are welcome!
Run Rome by Night events are non-competitive and social: we run at a relaxed pace, respect the group, and enjoy the city together.
If it’s light rain… we run anyway!
If weather conditions are unsafe, we’ll announce postponement or changes on our social channels (Instagram & Facebook) a few hours before the scheduled start.

BASIC RULES – RUN ROME BY NIGHT
Run Rome by Night runs are group runs at an easy pace — not races.
Everyone joins for the joy of running and being together, respecting both the group and the urban environment.
By joining, each participant declares to be in good physical condition and free from any medical issues that could prevent running.
Participants release the organizers (Rome by Run and partners) from any responsibility for injuries, damages, or loss of personal items.
The runs take place on open city streets.
It is mandatory to respect traffic lights, crossings, and the directions of the team. Safety comes first.
The group starts at the announced time.
Please arrive early to warm up and start together. During the run, keep a group-friendly pace — it’s not a race!
Wear weather-appropriate running gear and, if possible, reflective clothing or head/taillights to stay visible at night.
Run Rome by Night takes place even in light rain.
Only severe weather conditions may lead to changes or cancellations, communicated through our official channels.
Respect public spaces, neighborhoods, pedestrians, and our host partner Jo&Joe Rome.
We’re a community, not a free gym — always bring your smile and good energy!
By participating, you agree that photos or videos may be taken during events and used for promotional purposes related to Run Rome by Night or Rome by Run.
After the run, those who wish can stay for a drink and a chat.
Alcohol consumption is optional and entirely under each participant’s responsibility.
By participating in Run Rome by Night events, I declare that I have read and understood this regulation, that I am in good physical condition, and that I accept full responsibility for my participation.
I therefore release the organizers, partners, and their representatives from any civil or criminal liability in case of injury or damage to persons or property during the activity.
